I warmly invite you for an individual retreat at Oázis Tanya, my serene domain surrounded by nature. You’ll stay in your private accommodation, while I remain present in the background as your host, coach and space holder.

I’m trained and experienced as a yoga teacher, mindfulness trainer, and soul coach. However, I’ve moved beyond theory and methodologies, integrating what worked for me personally, into who I am. This journey has allowed me to become more and more authentically myself.

What I can offer you is a listening ear, a compassionate heart, and honest feedback. My life experience, my time, and my attention.

An individual nature retreat

Your stay will include two meet-ups with me

One when you arrive and one before your departure. These sessions help us connect during your stay, and will also give your retreat a sense of purpose.

Together, we’ll explore what’s alive within you upon arrival and anchor your experiences before you leave.

Beyond that, your time is your own.

Immerse yourself in silence and rest. Let nature assist you with its sights, sounds, and scents, enveloping and embracing you. The trees, the fields, the animals you encounter, they all carry messages for you.

All you need to do is slow down, be still, and simply BE. In that stillness, you’ll hear your inner voice begin to whisper again.

Sometimes becoming still is a big challenge

It may not feel quiet or peaceful at all within you. Sometimes you may feel the need to cry or scream first (and allowing yourself to do so can also be a big step).

Or you might want to talk to someone after all, when you feel stuck. Here, it’s all possible and allowed. You have your own space, to go at your own pace and follow your own rhythm.

But if needed, I am here – for you. With or without words. Sometimes a quick “check-in” will be enough. Sometimes you need a bit more…

Additional activities

If you feel the need, and I have the availability and feel the space to do so, we can plan additional sessions together, either in advance or spontaneously. This might include:

A walking conversation or a purifying fire ritual
An inspiration session to explore your life’s questions and choices
A yoga class to release tension in your body
A guided meditation to soften your heart.
A creative session, playing with forms, colors, or words

If you enjoy the unspoken love of animals, my dogs Barát and Kaya, and Kléo the cat, are always up for a cuddle or a walk!

Your time…

If you stay a bit longer I can also arrange enjoyable and supportive activities nearby, such as a visit to the warm and soothing thermal baths or a deeply relaxing massage given by a lovely Hungarian ladyfriend.

If you prefer to “do nothing” and simply want to be alone here in the middle of nowhere, that’s perfectly fine, too.


What matters most to me is that you will have the time to be with yourself, sinking into rest and silence.

Together, we’ll ensure you have what you need to make that happen.

Practical details

About your stay

You can arrive by car or travel by plane/train (via Budapest); I can pick you up from the nearest train station.

You’ll be responsible for your own meals and groceries. If you come without a car, we can shop together on your first day and, if necessary, later on. The accommodation includes a simple kitchenette with all the essentials for cooking. If needed, I can prepare a delicious soup or arrange some basic groceries on your day of arrival.

The retreat is based on staying in the guesthouse, which is available whole year-round.
Alternatively, during the months of May until October, you can also stay in the Comfort Tent or at the campsite with your own equipment.

Choose the perfect period for you

The small-scale campsite is open from mid-April to mid-October. During this time, there may be more guests (including volunteers). July and August are peak vacation months, more families visiting the place and therefore less ideal for retreats. Low season is usually quieter, with mostly quiet and nature-loving guests. You can decide how much interaction suits you.

Bonus during camping season:

From mid-May to mid-August, freshly cooked meals are available to order or enjoy with other guests.
The saltwater pool, fed by our private spring, is open!

I offer coaching during your stay in both Dutch and English.

Retreat duration

The minimum duration for a retreat is 4 nights and 3 days.

Prices

For the individual retreat there are different prices for accommodation. I’d be happy to provide an overview of options and prices and work with you to adjust your stay to your needs.
