I’m trained and experienced as a yoga teacher, mindfulness trainer, and soul coach. However, I’ve moved beyond theory and methodologies, integrating what worked for me personally, into who I am. This journey has allowed me to become more and more authentically myself.
What I can offer you is a listening ear, a compassionate heart, and honest feedback. My life experience, my time, and my attention.

If you enjoy the unspoken love of animals, my dogs Barát and Kaya, and Kléo the cat, are always up for a cuddle or a walk!
If you stay a bit longer I can also arrange enjoyable and supportive activities nearby, such as a visit to the warm and soothing thermal baths or a deeply relaxing massage given by a lovely Hungarian ladyfriend.
If you prefer to “do nothing” and simply want to be alone here in the middle of nowhere, that’s perfectly fine, too.
What matters most to me is that you will have the time to be with yourself, sinking into rest and silence.
Together, we’ll ensure you have what you need to make that happen.
Practical details
About your stay
You can arrive by car or travel by plane/train (via Budapest); I can pick you up from the nearest train station.
You’ll be responsible for your own meals and groceries. If you come without a car, we can shop together on your first day and, if necessary, later on. The accommodation includes a simple kitchenette with all the essentials for cooking. If needed, I can prepare a delicious soup or arrange some basic groceries on your day of arrival.

The retreat is based on staying in the guesthouse, which is available whole year-round.
Alternatively, during the months of May until October, you can also stay in the Comfort Tent or at the campsite with your own equipment.
